You are a gracious, truthful God,
Your love transforms and changes us;
We kneel, we bow, we own You Lord,
We thank and praise You, ‘God’s for us’.
Who can oppose and bring us down,
Who can defy Your sovereign rule;
The world and hell, even though they frown,
When Jesus died to make us whole.
What power on earth or in the sky,
Can take us from Your love and grace;
No pain, no trial, no sin, nor lie,
Can ever bring us to disgrace.
O Lord You’ve promised by Your power,
To keep and hold us thro it all;
You are our Refuge and our Tower,
The God who is, our all in all.
So Lord we come and boldly praise,
We lift Your name, we lift our hands;
With one accord our voices raise,
Praise to our God in whom we stand!
